I know that when I arrive at Hyundai I will be greeted by a friendly service representative, who made sure that my car is taken care of and that I am aware of the service my car needs. I purchased my car at Haddad Dodge, it was formerly a lease. I was not happy with the service I received at Kia service that I told them I would take my car to Hyundai for all service that was not warranty related. I also know that when I have any questions about my car I can always ask David and he is able to help me.
