Work is done completely. Only issue I had was lack of communication. I roughy the car for oil change first and I requested the brake light replacement. Folks check the light and told me that they need to replace cables. They spent more than hour just on the cable and then they found out that they don’t have the right cable and they need to order it. I was ok with that. Week after I took the car again and I found out the ordered cable was not the right one. Couple days later on Friday I took the car back for a sensor issue. Folks told me that they will overnight the sensor and they will have it on Next Monday to replace it. In a meantime they will fix the break light issue. I called twice on Monday afternoon for updates- No response . Called again on Tuesday - no response . Called next day- no response from the main person, boy Coworker provide updates. Thursday finally I got some updates and I got the car back on Friday . I am Hyundai car owner for more than 8 years and was planing to switch my old one with new Hyundai. This experience made me to think twice. I never had similar experience with other dealers!

Joey is always accommodating. Though we had scheduled a service app't. online for a specific day and time, it didn't seem to have been noted. In spite of that, Joey took care of us and our wait wasn't too much longer than we'd been told to allow for that service.
