My wife and I were on our way back from Disneyland and we ended up having car trouble. Joey told us the motor needed to be replaced, and from the start was he was super helpful. He made the process easy and smooth for us since we live in Sacramento. He estimated the car would be done in 3 weeks but it was done a week earlier. He took care of everything as in handling the rental car and Hyundai corporate. This was the smoothest claim and fix from a dealership I’ve ever had. Joey was super quick and efficient and I am so thankful for the great experience.

Alfonso was great!! He called me up to tell me service was done and told him ill callback when im at the office for gim to send a lyft. My office maye was going that way after work so I didnt call him back.. he called back after 5 to check on me and if I needed a lyft but I was already on my way to hyundai. Small gestures means a lot. Thank you alfonso for your follow up although it maybe a small gesture but to a customer it means a lot!! David and joey are great too!!!! Hopefully the new guys will learn from these guys... I dont like your sales team but your service guys rock!!
