Service I’d rate 4 out of 10, 10 being great. Service advisor was an 8. Requested a 105 thousand mile check but only got an oil change and tire pressure check. No tire rotation - a big disappointment. To wait 90 minutes for what was done doesn’t cut it. Can get that done in 30 minutes at a Jiffy Lube. Adding insult to injury - my windshield was dirtier than when I brought the car in even though the car was washed!

The entire service department was quick, professional and very courteous. They let me know that when my car came in for service, they told me when it would be done and where I could wait until called upon to get my car. They had several different places to sit and there were things that I could do, But they made sure that I was comfortable, asked if I was thirsty if they could offer me a refreshment, if I need to charge my cell phone they had an area for that. Nothing but excellent service.
