Service representative did not make me feel welcome. Service representative started the conversation by saying “just because you made the appointment at 2, doesn’t mean you’ll be seen today”. I’ve been going to Bakersfield Hyundai for service appointments for the last two years, however, because of third last experience, I may change to another mechanic. It was a total turnoff to Hyundai.
