Ive had the worst experience here at Hyundai I took my vehicle in for and issue in the engine , got my car back about 2 in a half weeks later to my Ac not working took a trip back for nothing because he was to busy to take a look at it so made me go back a whole other day to leave to tell me that I have to pay 1200 to get my Ac working when I took my car my Ac was working perfectly fine no problem now I get my car back 2 in a half weeks later and i have to pay 1200 to get it fixed I’m so frustrated and upset because my Ac was working just fine this is really unfair and so upsetting .

Hello I took my car in for a problem that the steering wheel had the noise is still there I paid $1200 and thought it was going to get fixed I’m unsatisfied with the work they did to mi car because I can still hear and feel the noise.

My issue is not with the service provided by Gilbert ****, I did reach out to the General manager because after several attempts of leaving messages to speak to a service advisor my calls were not returned. My information was incorrect and when providing my phone number a different car I owned was pulled up. I am not happy with the results given for my 2020 Elantra. I have taken it in 3 times now for issues with the steering wheel, twice parts where replaced this third time I was told the problem was not found. I have owned a total of 4 Hyundai’s and the steering does not feel right. In doing research I have found many complaints with NHTSA regarding 2020 Elantras and the steering wheel. I will hold anyone that told me there is nothing wrong with my steering wheel accountable if I am in a situation where I can not control my car while driving and have instructed my family to do the same if I can’t. At this point I feel very unsafe in my car!
