Chris and the team blew me away!!! I’m not just blowing smoke, I went in for one fix, and they took care of an upgrade, a recall part, and serviced it. Not to mention Chris fixed and showed me why my fob wasn’t flipping the key out. Cherry on top car wash... ALL IN 1 DAY! This is the 3rd time I have had service done to my car and have been a bit unsatisfied. Last time they did not put air in my tires and this time they did not out air in my tires and they forgot to out the sticker that says when I come back for my next service. Plus when i was leaving I asked the old man if they did a car wash and he said not the best but yes they did. RUDE. I also asked if they put air in my tires and they old man said yes. NOPE they didn't. I enjoyed the first time I had service it was perfect and that one was free. The other two I paid for and I wasnt completely satisfied

Please recognize Judith for a job well done. We have not had good experiences with your service department the past couple of years and Judith made this experience so much better. Observing her while we waited, she was very professional helping other people and when there weren’t customers that needed help, she was wiping down the tables in the waiting room. I’m a nurse, I appreciated that. She was very helpful with helping me set up my appointment. I had called numerous times and couldn’t even get a call back.

My car is one of the recall which motor is no good I told him that an he makes it seem like no u have to pay $130 so we can check it out I'm mad u guys r lucky I don't get a lawyer an get u guys another law suit I was driving an all of a sudden my car started smoking really bad an the motor started making a sound like grinding inside of it I pull over an stop driving it I should keep going till it cough on fire maybe that way u guys will fix it an not give me any hassle I don't have a car I ask for a rental they no because we have to see if is our fault I can't go to work it's been a week even when is your fault by making a mistake on the motor my car barely has 5000 miles I'm supposed to have 100,000 but I know u guys r going to say no I have bought 2 new cars from u guys I would tell everyone that kia was great I was about to my my daughter a car from u guys also for graduation but after this I don't know anymore thank you
