I waited 7 hours and had made an appointment 3 weeks prior. The guy assumed my car was a second owner without asking me also I asked him about my passenger door if it could be checked if it was in warranty because it won't open he acted like it was to much of a bother and said no I also asked him about other stuff about my car he said it'll cost $150 just to look at it along with other questions I had he again acted like he didn't want to answer.
