There is also a problem with something electrical. Ww were told before that if we left the car we would be provided a rental. Today my wife was ready to leave the car and was told no rental. Also waited for over hour and a half for the oil change.

After calling and leaving messages for week, at the service department, I decided to take my car to the KIA dealership and Josh was very efficient in assisting me. After explaining my terrible experience with trying to contact the department via phone, he assured me that my car would be looked at within a couple days.
