The customer service was great. Angel is the only service person I got to. The only change or addition I would add is a good car wash. I purchased the Audi care package. I would expect that they would vacuum the back seat and seats not just the front mats.
Otherwise I was happy with the check in and check out. I really appreciate the loaner cars that are provided.
