Hi! Mike was great and the team took care of my car which is much appreciated. However, I voiced a concern about the car beeping too much when we lock or unlock the doors which we pay for the security alarm. Mike said he would ask the guys to turn it off the beeping. Unfortunately, they disabled our alarm completely. Now we have no car security. It’s a huge inconvenience because we do not live close. Now we have to come during an unplanned visit. This raised our mileage and gas usage, which ****. I even tried to get a hold of the service department manager (calling, email, and test), but did not get a response. I know everyone is busy these days, but I would like some sort of an effort. It’s just inconvenient that we have to drive back to fix a mistake on your part.

This place (TOYOTA OF ORANGE) is awesome, my car was ready so fast that by the time I finished my favorite aromatic cup of coffee from their free coffee vending machine, my car was ready. The staff was very polite , knowledgeable and courteous, they also gave me a free coupon worth $10.00 for car wash.
