This is my first time working with Jose Valdez and I’m glad he took my car. His approach is very professional and he made it very clear my priorities came first and asked easy questions to better assess my situation. I mentioned that I’m a long time customer and if Buick would offer a discount for Veterans and without thinking twice, Jose said, no problem and he thanked me for my service.
