Still waiting on a replacement windshield that was supposed to be received a few days after my last visit. I hav texted Victor and left him a voicemail but no response or call back has been provided to me since my last visit. Current windshield leaks noticeably when it rains. This is now the third time we are trying to fix the same issue. I also noticed that the headliner has grease marks on it from the last time the technician serviced it. It also continues to stain further whenever it rains. It looks like that will need to replaced as well. At this point, a callback would be the least I could ask for.

While trying to understand what I was as describing, never lost patience or lack of interest in providing a great service.
He new I was waiting for my car at the dealership and took care of having it ready before the estimated time. He just called me and said “ got your car ready so you won’t have to spend your Saturday here with us; getting it wash and will be outside waiting for you in 5 minutes”.
Furthermore, I spoke with the service manager while I was waiting for my car ( sorry, but don’t remember his name ) about an issue regarding the mirrors blind spots, and he personally went to the services de area to check the car, and came back letting me know all was ok.
Your staff has made me a loyal costumer of the server de department.

My till gate was not fixed.
I feel like this is a lemon car due to the amount of repairs needed whiting 7 months of ownership.
One more recall or defect discover in truck , i will have to go trough legal matters.

I have taken my truck to Ford of Orange several times. I was very disappointed this time. I did not receive an invoice for the work that was done because the computer was down. I was promised an email copy but still haven’t received it. I spent over $2,000 for service. When my truck was brought up front to me, the entire glove box was on the floor with all of the contents dumped out of it. I was told I was receiving a discount which I have no reason to doubt I received, but, again, I never saw an invoice. The experience made me question the professionalism of the service center, especially because of previous good experiences there. On the positive side, my truck runs great.
