I specifically requested that a bolt that was missing from my door be replaced and when I came back to pick it up they had not done anything with it. The bolt definitely came from my driver side door it matches all the other bolts in the door and was sitting inside my door two weeks ago when I opened it. They said it didn’t come from the door when I first went in but it definitely did come from my door. And I specifically showed them the bolt and asked him to please fix it and figure out where it came from

Mr Will Hamilton helped me with my recall of the passenger airbag on my Ford
Fusion. I want to say that William was very informative and was very professional over the phone. He assured me that the they will replaced it and will have it done in a day or two. He was very honest and up front about the time frame it would take to replace the passenger airbag. Needless to say he was on spot with his follow up texts. Keeping me updated when my car would be done.
