I am just upset about the fact that I clearly stated I was going to pick up my car after the service department closes, I was told it was ready and that my keys would be left in the sales department’s front desk with the receptionist. I arrived and they weren’t there. I had no car until Monday which I had to go out of my way to go pick up before work. Not cool. But I know about these surveys and I don’t want your csi to get affected.

I’m happy with the service representative José. But my car is not working correctly. When I turn on the heater, the AC turns on. It’s freezing in the mornings. They tell me it’s the way it’s designed. It doesn’t do that when temperatures are warm. Only when it’s cold. So I’m not happy.
