With the trouble codes present, and photo proof along with video proof as well. The service advisor stated they kept my car for a whole week and didn't do anything to it. He stated the trouble codes were not duplicated. When he texted me that the technician saw the same codes that I saw. Then when picking up my car, I asked him what was fixed and he said nothing because the codes didn't appear? He told me that the technician saw the codes? How is it that with proof and the codes available nothing could be fixed? They had my car for a whole week and didn't fix anything. I have brought my car with the same issues three times and the same thing happens each time. You guys keep my car for a week and don't resolve anything. I am not brining my car to Martin Chevorlet any longer. You guys have lost my business.

Please refer to previous survey results for the full story. I dropped my car off on Thursday because Ed called me and told me the part needed to fix my steering wheel scratch was available. We were quieter 2 hours to do the work. On Saturday I received a call that the part was not available and had to be ordered from the east coast. This means that my car sat with NO one working on it from Thursday at 2pm until Saturday when we were quoted 2 hours. The part finally arrived on Tuesday and was installed. The technician did not finish until the very end of the day so I pick up my car on Wednesday. I went almost a week without my car when quoted 2 hours, unacceptable.

I am only not completely satisfied because the explanation I received regarding the clicking/grinding noise when I was turning does not make any sense. The problem appears to be gone but the explanation as to what it was and the fix did not make full sense to me, the daughter of an aircraft mechanic. Perhaps it was just the way it was explained. I don’t know because, it doesn’t seem possible as described. Anyway, otherwise my experience was quite good. Sean is an xlnt courtesy driver by the way.

I asked for my door panel and handle to be fixed and it doesn't look touched! I still have to roll the window down to open my door and get out. This took almost two weeks and the opening door handle couldn't be fixed? I Also asked about derusting or replacing caps behind where wheels connect and it was never brought up again. With after market rims the first is much more obvious. After spending nearly 10k in few months I'm extremely disappointed.
