We brought our 2010 AUDI A5 Cabriolet in for its regularly scheduled service. All services performed in a timely fashion.
When we picked up our A5, we then dropped off our 2018 allroad for service (oil change). All services performed in a timely fashion.
Speaking of fashion, when my wife dropped off the allroad, she left her eyeglasses in the waiting area. Chris was kind enough to not only retrieve and hold on to the glasses, but even offered to drop them off at our home in SF after he got off work. Remarkably nice.
I just can say enough how kind Chris and the team have been to my wife and I over the years. It is exactly this kind of not only professional, but personal, service that keeps us coming back to Royal Motors - Audi.

Johnny was, as always fantastic but the parts department were poor at communicating, were impossible to contact and ultimately resulted in my wasting time dropping my car off whenever tires hadn’t been delivered. I work locally but there’s no reason why this couldn’t have been better coordinated with all the systems you have in place. Johnny did everything he could to ensure my car got sorted the following day but the ‘new’ tires were dirty and yet again it’s a shame cars aren’t returned freshly washed, especially for loyal customers.

My car was there at 7am. I had to call after 4pm to find out if my car was ready to pick up. It would be nice to get a text when the service is complete. The payment request was sent pretty fast!!
