Thank goodness for Jim. I don’t live in the Bay Area, but come to sf once a week for work. I make sure to be in SF whenever I have a service that needs to be done. I trust his opinion on repairs that are needed. I never feel like I need a second opinion on anything even if a major repair is suggested. Thank you!

Overall experience is good, but how come you guys don’t wash cars? First 2 times the matcha one was broken, now the 3rd time don’t even bother, got the car back dirty as it was. Also, how can Audi care doesn’t include windshield wipers, and how can windshield wipers need to be replaced in less than 5 months.

I was given misinformation which led me to pay for a $225.00 diagnostic service I wouldn't have paid for if I'd been not given this misinformation. I was told that the recall had not resolved my ESP warning light issue. In fact it had. The only issue it had not solved was the check engine light. If I'd know that was the only problem I would not have agreed to pay for a diagnostic service. Very annoyed that I was not given misinformation. When we mentioned that to the person who'd told us (Jimmy Chiu?) he said he had been the one to give us the misinformation. He did not offer any compensation for the error.

My alarm system is off from time to time. I told the service guy and he replied back that there are no known issues with alarm. Well if customer complain it is not because he is bored and probably something is wrong.
Manager, tell your service guy that if customer complains, make sure to check. Customers don’t complain for no reason.
Very disappointed.
