Dan corrected what another service writer did wrong and he was amazing to work with.

Honestly Pedro is the worst service writer! If it weren’t for the service manager then I honestly believe we would never go back to this location again. Our truck was purchased from Rotolo Chevrolet and they may gain our business from now on. You don’t need to contact us. As I stated the service manager got involved and corrected the situation.

She was fantastic in keeping me updated through out the entire process,she made it easy for me to take care of things while my car was serviced, will definitely use her services again, she was quick to respond every time i contacted.

My bad experience started the Monday before we dropped off my Moms Monte Carlo for Svc. Me & my sister pulled into Tom Bell parking lot (NOT knowing at the time I COULDN'T drive through like I use to) I was approached my a young pimply gentlemen who DIDN'T introduce himself, DIDN'T ask how he could help. He says to me "you are not suppose to park there, can you move your car. I could have been there looking for a new car!!! He just blew a sale!!! Think about that!!! I had to ask him what his name was (I think he said Chris) but I was so upset at that point...who knows. He said for me to move my car so his mgr doesn't get MAD. My sister then replied "bring your mgr out here". My sister physically stood in front of a parking slot until I backed out of where I was. Whoever thought of putting cement pillars to make such a SMALL pathway is DUMB!!!!! I'd like to give that Moron a piece of my mind! Where are your future clients suppose to park??? In the busy & DANGEROUS st in front of Arrowhead bank??? We had to walk over to the parts dept (to order the part for my Moms 97 Monte Carlo which she purchased there/my sister purchased her 2002 Silverado there also) with NO help from any one of the men we saw standing around. Whoever trains those people NEEDS to be trained themselves!!! My job is helping people in any way shape or form! I know what "customer service" is and I would be more than happy to teach TOM BELL's staff a thing or two!!!! My name is Carolyn (Annie's daughter)
