I was supposed to get a car wash and didn’t get it and it’s not the first time this happens so if you guys are doing it on purpose then you guys won. I only go to your dealer when I have no choice

I saw my vehicle parked. I asked the guy at the outside desk if my vehicle was ready. He asked me who my sales rep was. I explained Damon. He said then you need to find and ask him. I walked inside and outside and could not find him. I got a phone call while in the lobby to say he was at lunch. When I got in the car the middle console was half detached. I had to fix it myself. I've never been at such a unprofessional dealership. Weseloh in Carlsbad and even Toyota of redlands set the bar. I'm very disappointed in your dealership. I waited without being acknowledged at the parts department as well.. around 10am ish. I sat there for a few minutes. No acknowledgement while 3 people were in the back on their computers. Poor poor service here
