Daniel was very professional and curtious. There was balled up plastic sheeting and paper left on the passenger side floor of the vehicle. Lots of hand prints around hood and windshield area.On the positive windshield replacement looks good.

I called and was told I could get in now. No appointment necessary. My car sat unmoved for 20 minutes waiting for Damon to arrive to complete check in. Damon said it would take 1 hr and 45 minutes at the most, but entered 1640 as the promised time. A full 2 hours from the 1440 time I was sitting there. Once serving was completed it took approximately another 20 minutes for him to complete the paperwork and to get someone to bring us the car. Lots of employees chatting and visiting with other employees. Discussing private matters.
