Pedro has excellent service. My new car has been in the shop 3 different times. Pedro has gone out of his way every time I have come in. He makes sure my car gets the parts needed, he has made great effort in accommodating my needs with a courtesy car, he gets me in on a timely manner, has paperwork ready for me. And he has made sure my car is properly cared for. I always request him when I need to go to Tom bell! He earns 5 stars!

When I arrived I felt so safe at Tom Bell during this covid-19 pandemic eveyone had masks on they were disinfecting they had inside seating safely distanced I felt very safe there during this time
