Our key fob locks the vehicle but does not unlock. We can lock the doors with the key fob but can not unlock the vehicle. We asked twice to have the it diagnosed but nothing was done. I took my vehicle to your service department after pulling it from a repair shop that had my truck for a week and could not figure out how to calibrate a blend door actuator. When I dropped off the truck with Dan I noticed the previous shop had removed the blend door actuator. My dash was completely disassembled and I could see inside of the dash. He called me back a couple hours later and said he couldn’t diagnose the truck until the actuator was replaced. He gave me a quote of $710 for labor and actuator. Upon picking up my truck I noticed $400 dollars was for labor. I found that to be extremely high due to the fact my dash was completely accessible and actuator could be installed with no obstructions. I picked up my truck on my way back from a San Diego trip on Monday 15 mins before 6:00pm. I did not notice the ac was not blowing cold because the weather
was cool when he showed the was working. I did not pay the extra $800 dollars labor to put my dash back together. I turned my ac on several days later during a really hot day and found the ac blowing warm air. I was extremely disappointed and felt defrauded and took the truck back to dealership where I spoke with Joan the service manager. He said he would look into it free of charge and would find out the problem. He called me back the later that day and said it was a faulty connection at the hvac control. He quoted me a price of $600 to fix which I refused. My wide just bought a Chevy traverse with your dealership last year and I am sorry to say after this experience We will NEVER be doing and business with your dealership again and I will be giving a bad reference about your dealership. Not only was the $400 dollar labor charge high for a dash that was disassembled my truck was not fixed when I got it back and nobody bothered to check before delivering it back to me Dan was more concerned about the service fee than making sure the truck ac system was diagnosed and checked correctly.

I made a appointment which I confirmed prior to coming in the everything was ready because they had to order parts. On the day of my appointment I checked in and waited almost 2 hours only to be told they in fact did not have the parts so nothing was done. It has been almost a month since and I have received no follow up.

Skyler was professional and did his job great. However, ever since my first service on the truck there has been issues with the front end that cause feathering on the inside of the tires. I keep getting told its alignment issues but even after getting aligned, the tires keep wearing in the same exact manner. I have asked that they look into other causes but get told they will keep an eye on it. Now at just under 30,000 miles all four of my tires have premature wear and I will likely need to replace soon when the tires should have another 30,000 miles on them. How can we handle this without me having to buy another set of tires to have this happen to them too? Thank You
