I live a mile from Northridge Toyota and have been a life long Toyota owner (1976 Celica) In a recent service of my 2016 Scion FRS, they charged me for a cabin filter, but didn’t install a new one. When I showed them that I was charged for the filter and it wasn’t installed, they said “oh sorry, we’ll put it in now” I said, “no, you lost my trust and I’ll never come back”

I’m not sure if this is important or not, but I’d like to say how disappointed I am that Toyota does not offer complimentary car washes after each service. This is my first time buying at Toyota (thus because I’ve had several different cars) and I am completely shocked that such a high selling dealer does not go above and beyond for their customers. I’ve purchased from Acura, and Ford, before and they ALWAYS had complimentary car washes for their members after each car service. Anyways, enough ranting...... Gustavo B. Alatorre was very helpful, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him! Thanks Gustavo!

Although I had just purchased a new vehicle I felt the staff treated me like I was one more of a bunch. The girl at the cashier station was very dry with no customer courtesy an very plain. Also no one from the service department approach me to explain what exactly was done on the car or giving me any instructions, feedback or any recommendations. Unfortunately, my overall experience in picking up my new car was no more than two stars.

Service person was not at all concerned with the time constraint I was under that day. He made no effort to accommodate or acknowledge my situation. He basically wasted our time and your time. I will be going to a different Toyota dealership for service.
