After checking in I was told my vehicle would be ready in 1-1/2 hours yet it took over 2-1/2. I then came asking how much longer which I was told by Avery polite man named Jack that it would’ve minutes & cost me nothing. Great. Upon seeing my car it was not cleaned outside or in. Why?
Need another appt. something has fallen on my head from the sunroof.
Please advise when I can bring it in

great job guys!! i always hear horror stories about the dealership however my experience was wonderful!! my engine had an oil leak so the whole thing had to be taken apart! the mechanics cleaned it all up, replaced the high pressure fuel pump, changed the oil, and switched out the air blower. Jack did an amazing job keeping me up to speed on the repair process, he got my warranty service pushed through, and he was fun to talk to!! good job frontier toyota!!

I trust that the air bags were replaced correctly and they were installed in the time frame promised. They did forget to replace the piece that covers the screw in the front passenger door.

We contacted the manager to ask about why there was $300 worth of work needed on the car and he assured me he would call me back the following day. And of course no one ever called me back. I really liked this dealership and my daughter who is 15 is going to be needing a car soon and I really wanted to purchase the car from frontier Toyota but after this I don't think I'm going to be trusting frontier Toyota with my business. I guess we'll see what happens next.
