My appointment was for 10am and I arrived at 0920. I was told by Lily my vehicle would only need tire rotation and fluid top-off. No oil change needed. She told me it would be ready by 1130am. When I returned at 1245 the vehicle was still not completed. A check in with Ms Gambia made excuses about longer times due to short staff issues. Vehicle not ready until well after 1pm. An update close to the quoted time to say it would be a little longer would have been appreciated.
