My experience with all managers and and my service representative was excellent. They went above and beyond to help me with my injured Prius. Sadly after the alignment performed, the car still pulls to the side. Likely due to cars body damage... So, Yes satisfied, but not completely... Keeping my fingers crossed for my car.
