I waited two hours 5-7. By 7pm everyone was closing the service shop doors. I was the only one in the lobby. I asked Eugene when my car was gonna be done, and he said the technician overlooked my car and forgot about it. So they did it quick and changed the battery. But it’s just upsetting. It’s not like you guys are gonna do anything about this. But thanks.
