I was very upset due to the fact that my 2017 had stalled on me in the afternoon right after work 5pm. I called the dealer I spoke to do EugeneMcCoy and he was very helpful from the very beginning. Helped me with road assistance and guiding me through the whole process of dropping off my car picking it up the next day very very helpful. Kept me uodated throughout the day. The only thing that I was not happy about was the fact that I was left without a car for a day very inconvenient needed a ride home that night, take my son n work for me the next day. And they made it clear that the dealer couldn’t do anything to help me with a loner they would take me to Enterprise but I had to pay for it that part was frustrating because my car problem was not something I created it was a bad battery.
