David was very helpful and polite since he checked me in for my appointment. He did his best to get me out by the time he said he was aiming for. He also did a walk through with me of my car and advised me that I would need new tires soon. He showed me a few options and made sure that I was okay and on board with what my car needed. David and a few other employees also offered for me to eat lunch since they had bought food for their employees. Since I was there for more than 4 hours. I really appreciated lunch. Thank You!
