Poor communication among your own staff. My car was left unattended when I had an appointment scheduled. No one bothered to look at my car. I had someone drive me to the dealer because the secretary told me that the tow truck never delivered the car. When in fact it was there all alone in an empty parking space. When I went inside you guys didn’t even know that it had been sitting there since noon. It was delivered by the tow-truck driver (Jonathan) and he was told by Honda staff to park it at the location. Very dissatisfied. Had been a costumer since 2006 when I got my car. Had brought my car for service all the time. Never again will I visit this location. I had plans of buying another car, but I will make sure I find the right place. I feel very, very, disappointed. Thanks for the past services.

Gabriel was great. Problem picking up car. Waited a long time then spotted my car. Walked up to it and sat inside, tested my news keys and drove away. No one was near my car or approached me. I could have been a thief and taken the car. When I got home I realized I did not have my other keys. I called right away.The girl told me they usually leave them in a cup holder. I did find my keys but I am concerned about your security.

I am very disappointed of honda buena park the truth the car when I bought it had a door of different color I called him a month later Mr. Antony Gonzales used car manager and he told me to take it he told me not to make an appointment I went several times but he sir never agreed with the manager of the name painting chuy e had this problem for more than 7 months the last time I looked at antony gonsales was very arrogant and told me that he was not responsible for anything and he sent me with another named Oscar after 7 months take the car and leave it for a week to check the paint the air conditioner is failing and has a lock on the inside to open the trunk which does not work to rectify which were the problems the young blonde giovani a week later called me that the car was ready they did not tell me anything about the painting because Mr. antony gonsales never took the time to tell me that they did not do it paint because the car had an accident in December which I feel has been taken as an excuse since the accident was in the front and the door with different color is on the left in the back that badly I think that the managers will be sure that they pay their repairs good money after a week the car was delivered to me, they did not repair anything. Mr. Giovani blond only said that he did not know anything. I am very upset and I am thinking of looking for a lawyer for the bad service that managers do not care about the client what they care about is looking good before their bosses

Eugene McCoy is an excellent advisor. He gives me the details on what my repairs are and what the remedy is. Very knowledgeable and even used diagrams to show me where the issue is. As for customer service, he is an excellent communicator via phone and text. Kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. During my visits at the location, he made sure I was his priority. Overall, a great advisor whom I highly recommend. Thank you.
