Joanne was really rude never again will I trust Buena Park honda with any of our Honda cars the manager had to step in because Joanne acted like she didn’t know anything about cars I showed her the video my wife took and she had a smart Allec remark saying they just can’t go off videos I took it to another mechanic and he fixed the problem within 2 hrs in and out we had to take it to you guys twice and you guys still couldn’t fix it I asked her for a refund because your mechanics couldn’t fix it she she was that’s above my pay grade attitude and the manager Oscar had to step in and take over He was real nice about it got my wife the refund and when my wife came in because they needed the card she paid with to give her the refund Joanne treated her like crap I’m a sales rep for a major construction company and I would never ever treat my customers like the way she treated my wife I will make sure everyone I know in the construction industry not to ever go to Buena Park Honda because the way she treated my wife was very unexplainable I couldn’t believe her rudeness
