Tim Prete was great. I was having some issues with my truck but he helped me get in and out of the dealer fast which I appreciate because I work graveyard and the last thing I want to do is waste extra time at the dealership. He even offered to take me out on a test drive in a mustang gt350 which I was checking out.
I also appreciate him recommending a ford certified body shop where I can get my truck worked on after it was vandalized. Thanks Tim.
