I called the day before my “appointment” and they told me they were busy and to bring my car in at 8 am. The next day. Now, I work late and had to wake up early to bring my car to Buena Park at 8am. I get there no one says anything to me. I have to figure out where to go. I go in and he tells me the technician will not be there until 10 am. Why did I take the car at 8 then? He tells me it will be 150 dollars to just run a diagnosis on the SYNC. Okay I get it. Drop the car off at 8 am and wait until 2 pm. No one calls to tell me an update. I have to call you guys to ask what is going on. He told me it would only take an hour if it was an update. I need my car for the day, have to figure things out. I asked him to look at the brakes too so I get that he has to send it to a different department. You can update me about the progress? Hey it might be all day. Then he calls me five minutes before he closes. He says you can pick up the car until 9 pm but I am leaving. You can pay over the phone. I intended to pay cash for my service. He knows I expected 1-4 hours. I appreciated him making the service 60 dollars but the service was rough. Is this how things are all the time? First time taking my car to a dealership. Is this just how things are? Got back in the car at 7 pm and had to figure out how to use the SYNC and connect it myself. Thank you “service” department. I understand being busy but at least tell me you are going to have my car all day and the service will be slow. Then he knows I didn’t want my car there all day and doesn’t offer to fill up my tank or detail my car. I know this doesn’t cost you guys anything. If this is how business is conducted regularly please tell me I have a truck that is also a ford and needs to be serviced and I am contemplating going to another dealership farther away.

Henry told me my service would take 1:15 min So I decided to wait for my car. . After 3 hrs I went to the service Dept and Henry was out to lunch . So someone else checked on the status and the car was finished the paperwork was siting in his computer . Henry should have checked on the status of the waiters before going to take his lunch .

I was told that, in addition to an oil change and replacing the master cylinder, Ken Grody Ford would replace the engine and cabin air filters, replace my wiper blades, and wash my car. The air filters were not replaced, neither were the wiper blades, and my car was not washed. In fact, it was returned to me dirtier than when I brought it in for repairs.

was charged for an $89 air filter turned down at estimate discussion (I have an extra on-ha nd). Vehicle was not washed as a courtesy for a $2ooo service. What's most important to me is the actual repair. Our F350 was diagnosed quickly and accurately. Coupled with prompt updates from our service advisor are what will keep us Returning to Ken Grody Ford.
