Everything went well overall. I just wish I had been updated a little more. I didn’t learn my car was diagnosed until I called and asked.
The day I picked it up I was told it was being washed and ready after that. However it was never washed.

I was very disappointed to see a dirty car when I left.
All Dealerships wash the car with servicing & Ken Grody has in the past.
