When the service advisor knows exactly what recall you are bringing your vehicle in for and says "bring it in tomorrow as we are slow and can fit it in".. But after 4 days says "my hardliners Dept is backed up with some diesel trucks and we will need another 5 to 6 days to get this in there" Tells me either the service advisor is either out of touch with Villa Ford's actual work loaf or that since my repair was a Ford recall job, that actual paying customers come first as their $$ come in immediately as opposed to recall none $$ work.
Either way is bad business for the customer. Who could go without their car for 10 plus days with no quarantee that it would even be accomplished at that point?
Hopefully other Ford dealerships are more respectful of their customers time. And are more truthful in their commitments to customers.
My first time here and definitely a sour taste for Villa ford and definitely avoid this place and also advise others to also.
