I took my truck in for a oil change and they said it would be 4 hrs for it to be done after 8 hrs they called and said it was done. I also asked for a wash . They did a terrible job washing and drying. The windows now water spots and they missed 1/2 the truck washing it. If your going to wash it do it right or not at all. This is the worst service I’ve ever had there at villa ford,and I’ve been a customer for 20 years.And I felt the service adviser had a attitude.
