When checking in, there was a line of people. However, there were at least 2-3 other associates that could assist the customers in line. When they finally asked what they could help me with, I informed them I was there for my Flex recall. Instead of helping me, they told me to wait behind the line of people, even after they pulled up my information.
I received a text saying my car would be done the same day. However never heard anything else for the rest of the day, until 445 saying that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. Which I was already okay with and was told that it was taking a day and a half.
When I went to pick up my Flex, I walked in and stood there for about 5. min before even being acknowledged, only to be told that I needed to go "on the other side of the wall" to pick up my keys. Once I got to the "other side," the girls behind the window talked to each other and stood there for another 5 minutes before they "helped" me. They did not verify my information or my ID, just asked me to sign the two papers and said to take it out to the valet.
Once out to the valet, I waited for someone to help me for about 5 minutes. When the guy saw me waiting, he said someone would be with me. He walked away, another 5 min, he came back and asked me again if I had been helped, I told him to know, and let him know I was there to pick up my Flex, he asked me if I knew where it was, I pointed at it and said: "that one" he took my paper and found the keys and told me to go ahead and get it.
My concern is that No once checked for my ID. No one asked to verify anything about my car. They just gave me my keys and set me on my way. It was as if anyone could provide a name and pick up a car. I do not think I will be bringing my vehicle in anytime soon to this Ford dealership for maintenance or a new purchase.

As usual, Jane handled everything that I had done in a professional manner and advise me of future items that are going to be needed when I come in for my next oil change. She has consistently giving me the highest level of professional service. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for your service staff that was supposedly supposed to wash my car and the service was complete, they did however manage to lose my car which turned into a heated discussion until they did find my card after service, and of course they brought it to me unwashed, after making me wait for a car that was supposed to be washed . Because of this event I am considering other avenues for future repairs and maintenance on my 2015 Ford edge. Thank you Mark E

Glen got a little out of hand, ranted and raged at me and the cashiers, when I submitted a coupon for my oil change service. He said I used one already yet no coupon was submitted. He would not accept the coupon I sent to the cashier.
I think I paid way too much for an oil change. I think I was taken advantage of.
Also, Kept pulling down his mask along with other employees in the waiting area and showroom along with a few customers. Mask wearing not enforced. Very uncomfortable.
I don’t trust that I even got what I paid for. I purchased my car here at this location.
Not going back ever.
Won’t buy another Ford.
Sour taste in my mouth.
