The Big negative was a Beast of a loaner Explorer or Expedition not sure it was so black I could hardly c out of it??Love the dealership, clean bright & great spacing. Really really weak car wash prefer NO car washes n future visits. ??

The light that was supposed to be put in the Focus was not completed as the technician stated. We got our Focus home and the tail light was not working. We are requesting that a mobile technician comes to install the light and not leave until they check to make sure it works. Thanks, John W
