The service writer was condescending to me and he would talk over me while I was trying to ask questions on my service . I went to pay at cashier and she noticed I was annoyed . She brought out the manager and he apologized. Some men think they know more than a women driving all the F series trucks for 35 yrs . When I bring in the rest of our vehicles I will make sure I request someone .
I’ve bought many a truck at Villa Ford thru the years and I appreciated the manager clarifying what exactly happened when it was serviced
