Dropped vehicle off for 7am appointment and it sat for 8 hours. When I called to check on it at 340p I was told there were still two trucks ahead of me and a one ton was being worked on. No way they could get it done today and would need to keep it until Saturday but couldn’t say when on Saturday it would be done.
I asked to pick the truck up. No apology from ol Sheldon on the phone or in person just that the cashier had the paperwork.
Why have a text chat option if you’re not going to respond to customers? Why make an appointment if you’re not going to honor it? Why not let someone know you’re running behind instead of them finding out at the end of the day you’ve done nothing.
