Domingo was the only Service Rep that took the time to understand my situation and was extremely helpful and kind. The cashier ladies were also sweet, kind and helpful. Cynthia went over and beyond!! Great customer service from these individuals.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the other service department men I worked with. I’ve been a customer with Villa Ford for over 10 years. I’m very disappointed and was left with an incredible bad experience.
