I was disappointed to find the roof top trim on the passenger side roof top missing when I picked the truck up on Saturday.
I contacted the Sales Manager Brandon, and he took a photo of the subject area.
In addition, the base of the antenna was removed with pliers that removed black paint and damaged the area to use a proper sized tool.
It is disappointing that it was not brought to my attention before I had to bring it to yours. Please resolve the damage to my truck thank you.

Domingo was amazing to work with. He ensured I was taken care of as it was my 2nd time bringing my vehicle in to the shop in less than a week. He made sure there was a vehicle ready for me to use as we were unsure how long it was going to take. I have an expedition so he made sure I was in a larger vehicle and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, especially because I am a expecting mom with a toddler who could not be without a vehicle. He communicated with me as often as he could, which was very nice!

One reason I brought the car in was it had been giving me a lot of warnings that the front camera had failed and the pre-collision assist would not function, that service was needed. I told him that when I checked in, but he just said they couldn’t take care of it, and he didn’t even make a note on my service ticket. So all they did was rotate the tires.

'It was a pleasure doing business with you' is an often used, trite phrase. However, my latest experience with the folks at Villa Ford really was a pleasure. Carlos in Service was patient, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. When I finally decided not to repair my vehicle (a 4 week journey) Carlos sent me to Jim, who was equally patient, low key, and genuine.
I've been a customer for 12 years--service like Carlos and Jim offered is the reason why.
