Working with Domingo was amazing! Communication was great from the start. I called in to get a quote and Domingo took note of what I needed and said he'd call me back within the hour- he actually called me back in 10 or 15 minutes. I dropped off my car with no problem and actually called back because I forgot to ask about moldings that I needed installed. Again, Domingo got me an answer right away. Through the entire process I felt like my concerns were heard and that communication was exceptionally quick and clear. I was treated amazingly well in person by all staff. I will never go anywhere else for service to my Ford Focus again. Thank you Domingo and team. To management, you have great people working for you and it makes all the difference. Thank you!

I took my truck for an oil change. When I picked it up nothing was mentioned about my front grill bring broken and missing a piece. I can guarantee and assure that is not not how I dropped it off today. Did message the person who assisted me, but have not hear back. I'm not very happy with this and hoping someone can get back to me.

The worst service in my life and I am 62
And I owned around thirty cars that I had
Mechanical repairs done to them.
It took to days to get an answer what the diagnoses are.
When the morning of third day I was trying to make a decision
While talking to the arrogant rep he was arguing with me and let me finish and insisted on the price and told me to take it or leave it.
And wanted just to go on and did not care to get my business.
Then I came a day later to pick up the car and he was not even willing to let me know it’s ready .
Bad service all the way !!!
