Still trying to get a replacement cover for my engine that they forgot to replace when doing repairs 6 months ago. I found a dealer with the part in stock and he gave me his card and told me to contact them about getting it to our service department. That should be hid jib not mine. The fault is on their department for not putting my car back together properly.

Ever since I’ve met Sheldon he listened to my concerns regarding my vehicles, I believe he truly cares and always goes out of his way to make sure I understand the work that’s going to be performed and what I should expect. Then he stays in touch with me via text message to give me updates on the status of my vehicles, I’ve been afford owner since day one I’ve recently started using Villa Ford and I will continue to do so. The dealership I used in the past did not have a pick up and delivery service, which I find very convenient. It has consistently been prompt on time, courteous service, and on top of that they delivered my truck clean.
